Explanation
PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION:

The plant protection product calculated over the recommended dosage is first mixed with some water in a separate container. The tank of the application machine is half filled with water. While the mixer of the machine is running, the mixture is added to the tank. The mixing is continued and the tank is completed with water. Mixing process continues until the application is completed. Use the prepared plant protection product on the same day.

Calibration:

Before the application, the calibration of the application machine should be done. The amount of mixture to be given to the specific area should be well adjusted to provide a good coating in application. Applications should be carried out in cool hours of the day in windless or less windy weather conditions.

CLEANING OF THE SPRAYING MACHINE:

Empty the sprayer tank safely immediately after the application is completed. After filling the tank with clean water, run the mixer and spray system to ensure that all parts are washed. Do not perform washing operations beside water sources. Do not discharge washing water and wastes into water sources.

HOW TO USE THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT:

Against tobacco whitefly in tomato: The area determined to be contaminated with whitefly is entered in terms of diagonal. In every five steps, 50 leaves are collected from the lower, middle and upper leaves. Chemical combat is applied when there are 5 larvae + pupae per leaf.

Tobacco whitefly in eggplant: A total of 60 leaves are counted in one decare area, at least one of the lower, middle and upper parts of 20 plants. When 5 larvae + pupae per leaf are detected in the count, disinfecting is decided.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE:

Plant protection product named EKOPRID SC 350 is an insecticide classified as Group 4: A according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action promote resistance development. For this reason, to delay developing resistance, do not exceed total application number of EKOPRID SC 350 in the same season. In cases where the application should be repeated, pay attention to the use of plant protection products with different mechanism of action (except Group 4: A).

MIXTURE STATUS:

A pre-mix test is recommended before mixing with other plant protection products.

• Read the label first.
• Do not use at home
• Keep away from children, food and animal feeds.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during the application of the plant protection product.
• Do not let people and animals enter the field for 1 day.
• To prevent risks to human and environmental health, use as recommended and at the recommended dosage.
• It is strictly forbidden to use other than the recommended products.

Rinse well by putting clean water up to ¼ in the empty packages of the product used. Pour the rinse water into the application tank. Repeat this process 3 times.

POISONING SYMPTOMS:

Fatigue, convulsions, difficulty breathing, trembling, cramping.

FIRST AID MEASURES:

In case of Skin Contact; The skin should be washed immediately with plenty of water and soap, if any, it should be washed with polyethylene glycol 400 followed by plenty of water. If irritation occurs and persists, go to the doctor.

In Eye Contact; Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. If there are lenses in the eyes, remove them at the end of the first five minutes, then continue washing the eyes. If irritation occurs and persists, go to the doctor.

In case of inhalation; Move the patient to fresh air, if breathing is not regular or stopped, apply artificial respiration. Keep the patient in a warm and comfortable place. Call a doctor or poison information center immediately.

If Swallowed; Consult a doctor or poison control center. Rinse mouth. If: the casualty of a casualty is fully open, 2. If medical assistance is not available, 3. If excessively swallowed, just induce vomiting.

ANTIDOTE and TREATMENT:

It has no special antidote. Treatment is applied according to the symptoms.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN USING AND STORING:

• If it contacts the eyes, wash them with plenty of water.
• This product is very toxic to bees. Especially in very dry and windy weather conditions, bees and other pollinator insects may be exposed to medicated seed dust, as the dust generated during application of medicated seeds can be carried by drift and form residues in the surrounding flowering plants and waters. For this reason, medicated seed sowing should not be done in very dry and windy weather conditions. Do not use in greenhouses where bumblebees are used for pollination.
• It is poisonous to fish, avoid contaminating groundwater and surface waters.

STORAGE STATUS:

When stored unopened in its original packaging under normal (cool and dry) conditions, there is no change in the physical, chemical and biological properties of the plant protection product for 2 years outside the tolerance limits.
