Explanation
THE IMPACT AND PROPERTIES OF THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT:
SPORER 25 WP; Peach aphid in tomato and peach citrus and cotton aphid in cotton; used in the fight for tobacco whitefly in eggplant.
SPORER 25 WP has a new mechanism of action and controls aphids and whiteflies contact (contact) and systemically (by switching to plant sap). When the active ingredient "pymetrozine" is taken by the pests, their feeding stops immediately and dies within 2-4 days. Since SPORER 25 WP acts on both larvae and adults of whiteflies, virus transplantation of these pests, like aphids, is prevented. As such, SPORER 25 WP complies with Integrated Plant Protection (IPM).
SPORER 25 WP Cotton is recommended to be used especially in the early development period in accordance with the concept of "Integrated Struggle".
PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION:
The plant protection product calculated over the recommended dosage is first mixed with some water in a separate container. The tank of the application machine is half filled with water. While the mixer of the machine is running, the mixture is added to the tank. The mixing is continued and the tank is completed with water. Mixing process continues until the application is completed. Use the prepared mixture on the same day.
Calibration:
Before the application, the calibration of the application machine should be done. The amount of mixture to be given to a certain area should be well adjusted in order to provide a good coating. Applications should be done during the cool hours of the day in windless or less windy weather conditions.
CLEANING OF APPLICATION TOOLS:
Empty the application machine's tank safely immediately after the application is completed. After filling the tank with clean water, run the mixer and spray system to ensure all parts are washed. Do not wash near water sources. Do not discharge washing water and wastes into water sources.
HOW TO USE THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT:
Against peach aphid in tomato:
The application is done when an average of 10-20 pests per leaf is seen in 20-40 leaves, which are cut in 3-5 steps by entering the field in the direction of diagonals. However, the effectiveness of the benefits should be taken into consideration before the applications are decided by observing parasitoids and prdoters.
Against peach aphid in peach:
Application should be made when 7 dishes are found in 50 trees until the flower buds appear and ¾ of the population turns into a winged form.
Against cotton aphid in citrus: Before deciding on the application, damage rates and species in the garden should be determined. In spring, trees should be checked, and if more than 15 shoots per tree are contaminated, specific aphicides with little effect on parasitoids and predators in the garden should be used. Generally, applications should be avoided or point application should be done. Plant protection products with active ingredient Primicarb are ineffective against Aphis gosspyii. Applications should be avoided in the summer months.
Against cotton aphid on cotton:
If beneficial insects are common with aphids in field controls, the application should be postponed. Application is recommended when 50% dish seedling is detected after dilution during seedling period and an average of 25 aphids per leaf in field.
Against tobacco whitefly in eggplant:
The area determined to be contaminated with whitefly is entered in terms of diagonal. In every 5 steps, 50 leaves are collected from the lower, middle and upper leaves. Chemical combat is applied when there are 5 larvae + pupae per leaf.
INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE
Plant protection product named SPORER 25 WP is an insecticide classified as Group 9: B according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action promote resistance development. For this reason, to delay developing resistance, do not exceed the total number of applications recommended in the same season of SPORER 25 WP. In cases where the application should be repeated, pay attention to the use of plant protection products with different mechanism of action (except for Group 9: B).
MIXTURE STATUS
It is recommended to make a pre-mix test before using SPORER 25 WP with a neutral reaction insecticide and fungicide.
